Matcha Cookies


Chocolate Dipped Matcha Cookies


3 cups almond flour

1 tsp baking soda

¼ tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp cinnamon

3 scoops Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup almond milk

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

1 egg

1 cup dark chocolate, melted


Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl add all dry ingredients (except dark chocolate) and mix together. In a separate bowl, add in the wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.

Combine both wet and dry ingredients and mix together with a wooden spoon.

Once mix is ready, prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll mix into balls (1 tablespoon worth) and press down to make them flat.

Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool on a cooling wrack. While the cookies are cooling, place the dark chocolate and 1 tsp. of coconut oil in a sauce pan on low heat until melted.

Dip half of the cookie into dark chocolate mix and place back on the baking sheet. Let cookies cool in the fridge to harden the chocolate for about 20 minutes.

Take out of the fridge, and enjoy!
