Roasted Red Pepper Hummus


Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

1 can organic chickpeas (rinsed)
2 red peppers (chopped into big chunks)
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp chopped parsley


Broil peppers in oven for 10 minutes.

Once broiled, remove from oven and let cool.

Remove skin from peppers and toss all ingredients into a food processor.

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
