Pumpkin Bliss Balls

2 cups oat flour

1/4 coconut flour

2 tbsp coconut sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 nutmeg

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

1/4 maple syrup

1/3 almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

METHOD


Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

In a small sauce pan combine maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract.

Mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and add the pumpkin purée and pumpkin seeds.

Combine all ingredients with a wooden spoon and roll into little balls. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
