Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF/DF)


Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/12 cup almond flour

3 tbsp @nutiva Coconut flour

1/4 cup coconut sugar

3/4 tsp baking soda

2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon

1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt

1 egg

1 tbsp slightly melted coconut oil

3 tbsp almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl until mixed well.

In a separate bowl whisk together all wet ingredients.

Combine the wet ingredients in with the dry and press together with a wooden spoon.

Fold in chocolate chips and roll into small balls. Press into cookies and bake in the oven for 12 minutes
