Cinnamon Protein Waffles


Cinnamon Protein Waffles

2 cups whole wheat flour

4 Tsp baking soda

2 Tbsp coconut sugar

2 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 Tsp sea salt

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups almond milk

6 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 Tsp vanilla extract


Heat waffle pan until hot. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients until well combined.

Heat up coconut oil and add into a separate bowl with all wet ingredients.

Combine wet and dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.

Scoop mixture onto the sprayed waffle pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Let cool and top with toppings of choice.
