ZOATS (Zucchini Oats)

Zucchini Oats

Boil 1 cup almond milk and add1 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats

Add 1 cup shredded zucchini

1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen peptides

1 scoop @genuinehealth fermented protein powder

2 tbsp @nutiva coconut oil

1/4 maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp hearts

1 tsp flaxseed

1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon


Mix together in a sauce pan until oats are cooked and top with whatever you wish.

I added some @earthbalance peanut butter, coconut butter, cherries, blueberries, @prairienaturals coconut chips, more hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds
